In the current scenario, UK recruitment is conducted by middle men agencies. The will provide 3 months accommodation and other expense till you pass OSCE in first attempt. From second attempt onward you have to bear the expenses.
This recruitment is in concordance with the recent rule change in NHS UK. Before April 6 2017, if you are not passing OSCE after getting to UK in consecutive 2 attempts, you had to wait for another six months to take the test again. From April 6th, You can take the third test soon after 3 months.

If successful at interview, you will be offered a twelve-month contract as an Overseas-Qualified Nurse (Band 3) on a Medical or Surgical Ward at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital or Cheltenham General Hospital. During this contract, you will receive training from our Professional Education Department so that you are prepared for your NMC examinations (the CBT and OSCE). Once completed, you will receive a permanent contract as a Band 5 Staff Nurse.
Salary
Salary during the training program will be £16,968 per annum until registration is achieved, and then Band 5 salary (£22,128 – £28,746 per annum pro rata) once registered.
What help you can expect?
In addition to the training programme, NHS Hospital will also fund one attempt at your CBT examination and OSCE. If you fail on your first attempt, you will be responsible for paying for any supplementary examinations. You will also be required to pay for your NMC application pack, your NMC registration fee, and travel expenses to the test centres.
