Educational Qualification
Candidates should have done 10th / 12th with Science / BAMS / Diploma in Multi Purpose Health worker, GNM / B.Sc Nursing / B.Pharmacy/Diploma in Pharmacy / Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT) or its equivalent qualification from a recognized board / university. Selection Process 
All Eligible Candidates will Be Selected Based on Their Performance In Written Test, Skill Test .

Pay Scale 
Rs. 20,000/- (Post 1), Rs. 8500/- (Post 2), Rs. 10,000/- (Post 3,4), Rs. 9200/- (Post 5) .
