Age limit – Not exceeding 35 years
Qualification and Experience Requirements
a) Matriculation from a recognized Board b) Certificate in General Nursing and Midwifery from a Govt. recognized Institution.
c) Should be registered “A” Grade Nurse & Midwifery with State Nursing Council.
Application Fees – Rs. 500 for OBC/UR, Rs. 250 for others

A self address envelop duly stamped with Rs. 40 should be sent with application form. Incomplete applications or those received after 23.09.2017 will not be entertained.
